The Open Gym program provides clients an opportunity to workout utilizing the Pilates equipment in a small group setting (maximum 6 participants). This is not a "group class" but an opportunity for participants to work, with supervision, at their own pace, to complete the workout program that has been developed by their private session instructor. Open Gym participants are encouraged to schedule one or more private sessions a month, to evaluate their workout program, learn new exercises, and receive individual assistance with special needs and goals.
Prerequisites for Open Gym Enrollment
A minimum of 8-10 private sessions and completion of Beginner Mat class are required prior to enrollment in Open Gym or participate in the NEW Quick-start Pilates Program.
Participants must be familiar with their workout program including proper exercise technique, exercise order, and equipment safety & set up. Your private session instructor will determine when it is appropriate for you to enroll (more than 8 sessions may be required).
